The attention was good, they are taking sanitary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by taking temperature at the entrance, applying gel and only letting a person enter if requested at home. They have the option of home delivery in several applications. It has parking for clients.

Bad service. They take care of bad. There was no secret recipe chicken. They gave me marinade to complete. The chicken was very dry, how many days. I do not recommend it

Terrible that they already charge you for the jalapeña sauce, they sell it to you in a small glass like mini puree and it is not even the one in the envelopes if not the one they used for the jalapeño chicken that came years ago, very bad KFC.

I have become a customer of this place because of its chicken options and the service is mostly good. However, on my last visit they did not allow me an option that I have been asking for in previous weeks, even in other branches, supposedly because it is only available to other understandings of the Republic. I guess it depends on who attends and what humor it brings.

The service is good and I have no complaints, I also understand that due to covid they take the necessary measures very seriously. I'm not giving it 5 stars just because it's such a great commonplace, but nowhere that I adore or love it.

The truth is very rich, if I understand that it is a food that already has a recipe formula etc. But many times the one who prepares it can destroy the food itself. Very good for the staff and for the attention.
